Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the ezspin5 website accessible at ezspin5.one, including all sections, services and content found within it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the ezspin5 services.
• "Account" refers to a registered user account on the ezspin5 platform together with all associated information and balances.
• "Account Balance" refers to the actual cash amount held in a user's account, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional value credited by ezspin5 to a user's account as part of a promotional programme.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total wagering amount that must be reached before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

Section headings in this document are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of the content of these terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the ezspin5 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that specifically prohibits online gambling.
• Not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of any ezspin5 employee.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and will result in all such accounts being suspended and all balances within them being forfeited without prior notice.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. ezspin5 may request identity verification documents including a valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport as part of the account verification process (KYC).

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ezspin5 platform are subject to the following limits and conditions:

Payment methods accepted by ezspin5 are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

• Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours on normal business days.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit, subject to the availability of that method.
• ezspin5 does not charge any processing fees for regular deposits or withdrawals.
• Withdrawals involving cryptocurrency are subject to network fees (gas fees) charged by the relevant blockchain network.

ezspin5 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until KYC account verification is complete, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a certain threshold, as a fraud prevention measure.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

ezspin5 offers various incentives to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus must meet a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

ezspin5 VIP Programme: Active members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which consists of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP tier progression depends on wagering activity and member loyalty. ezspin5 reserves the right to change the VIP programme structure with reasonable notice to members.

• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless specifically stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• ezspin5 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted if there are indications of abuse or fraud.
• Bonus expiry dates will be stated in the respective promotion terms. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.

General Game Rules

Use of the ezspin5 gaming platform, which covers online slots, live casino and sports betting, is subject to the following general rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited to ensure fair play.
• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of an internet connection disruption during a game session, ezspin5 will uphold the outcome based on server records. Complaints related to disruptions must be submitted within 24 hours.
• ezspin5 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control, including ISP outages or user device failures.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.

For sports betting specifically, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings. Changes in odds after a bet is confirmed will not affect existing bets.

Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the ezspin5 platform:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts or any tools to automate gameplay or betting.
• Bonus abuse through hedge betting, opposing bets or any strategy designed to manipulate wagering requirements.
• Transferring funds between different user accounts for fraudulent purposes or money laundering.
• Sharing account login details with any other party.
• Registering multiple accounts under the same name or the same financial information.
• Any attempt to hack, breach or disrupt the normal functioning of the platform.
• Using an account for purposes that violate applicable laws or regulations.

Privacy and Data Protection

ezspin5 is committed to protecting users' personal information in line with international data protection practices. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

By registering an ezspin5 account, you give us permission to:

• Collect and process personal data required for account management and legal compliance.
• Share information with third-party payment providers we use to process transactions.
• Use transaction and gameplay data for fraud prevention and service improvement purposes.
• Sending account-related and promotional communications via email or other channels you have registered.

ezspin5 will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, unless required by law or court order.

Account Suspension and Closure

ezspin5 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity.
• Request by a law enforcement agency or regulatory body.
• Account inactivity for a specified period.
• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed at the user's request and there has been no breach of terms, any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) remaining in the account will be returned after the verification process is completed.

The ezspin5 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or freedom from errors.

• ezspin5 does not guarantee that the platform will operate at all times without interruption or be entirely free of errors.
• ezspin5 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. Gambling carries financial risk and users are encouraged to bet within their means.
• ezspin5 is not responsible for device damage or data loss that occurs during use of the platform.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable under our licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to an appropriate arbitration body.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions

ezspin5 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to the following provisions:

• Material changes to the terms will be communicated to users via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after the date the changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.
• If you do not agree with the amended terms, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect.
